I've tried the blog thing before, and I'm glad to say that I'm back once again. When I realized that I missed blogging I began thinking of my bloggy past. The one thing that jumped out at me was how disjointed it was. I started out with a homeschool blog. When I wanted to write more about what was going on with us on the food front it didn't feel like it fit. I had boxed myself in. I thought of sharing a crafty blog. And, where would the food fit, and what about my homeschooling day? Field trips definitely wouldn't fit next to knitting.
Or would it?
My little cricket-ish space will serve just that purpose. My life isn't segmented no matter how hard I try to pigeon-hole my interests. It all fits together. And, it will do just that here. Homeschooling. Crafting. Eating. Etsy. It's all me.

Welcome back to blogging! I just returned as well. I started out blogging at homeschoolblogger but moved to blogger about 3 years ago. I fell out of the blogging mood but just recently decided to return and started Everyday Sacred.
We too have lots of 4 legged creatures (3 dogs, 3 cats and two guinea pigs). I also love, love, love to crochet! I can't wait to have some free time to check out your Esty shop.
